At OtakuMC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review this policy before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition;

• Include all original packaging, accessories, and protective materials;

• Not show signs of damage, alteration, assembly, or use;

• Be returned with proof of purchase or the original order number.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not returned in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and collectible-protection reasons, the following items are generally final sale:

• Opened or used trading cards, booster packs, or sealed card products;

• Items with damaged, missing, or replaced packaging;

• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products;

• Clearance or final-sale items;

• Digital products or downloadable content.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at otakuumc@gmail.com

Please include:

• Your order number;

• A description of the issue;

• Clear photos of the product;

• Photos of the outer shipping box and packaging.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a full or partial refund.

Do not throw away the packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may request a return within 14 days, provided the item meets the return conditions above.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. OtakuMC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

Return Process

To request a return, email otakuumc@gmail.com with:

• Your order number;

• The item you wish to return;

• The reason for the return;

• Photos, if the item is damaged or defective.

If your return is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address.

Please do not send an item back before receiving approval from OtakuMC.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.

If the returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements, the refund may be reduced or refused.

Pre-Orders and Cancellations

Pre-order cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has shipped.

Once a pre-order has shipped, the regular return conditions in this policy apply. Deposits or cancellation fees may be non-refundable when clearly stated on the product page.

Release dates provided by manufacturers and suppliers are estimates and may change.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges because product availability may change. When appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund instead.
